Winter 2021/2022

December-February

The winter is the time of year to get indoors, and work on your skills. While it is important for young athletes to play some other winter sports to increase their overall athleticism, it is equally essential for them to keep working on their skills and fundamentals. In January we will begin our Box Lacrosse Program.

Spring 2022

March-May

Always Sunny Lacrosse supports the local community's youth and high school programs and believes that players should concentrate on those teams for the spring. The only offering during these months are some light positional work once a week. These practices allow the Always Sunny Lacrosse players to get some light work in while their spring seasons are going on to increase their stick-work competencies and fundamentals. This is also a chance for the teams to come together and form some chemistry for the summer season of intense competition. This is a huge added value for being a member of the Always Sunny Lacrosse Family. This is when all of the players off-season training and hard work will pay off for their teams.

Spring 2022

June-July

The summer is the most important time of the year for lacrosse players to work on their game and play with their club teams and compete in tournaments. Always Sunny Lacrosse offers programs for players of all skill levels and ages. In the summer we will compete in two-three local tournaments and one or two more competitive travel tournaments. This is an important time of year for high school players to get recruited, so we try to get them as much exposure in front of college coaches as possible.
